After World Tai Chi Day we take the opportunity to practice and share our Tai Chi Forms and Qigong exercises; and to enjoy our friends at Creekside Park / The Lightheart Center in Winfield. Everyone is welcome to attend this free event; it is a great opportunity to meet instructors and students in a relaxed informal atmosphere and find out about Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
Whether you are new, or experienced it is a fun afternoon! There are also free chair massages & bodywork available; plus demonstrations of the latest healing modalities courtesy of the practitioners at the Lightheart Center.
Healthy drinks and refreshments are available.
