Our Mindful Stress Reduction class is a way of helping participants to participate in their lives in a way that brings greater calmness and well being; and relaxes the body and mind.
Using methods to focus the mind on awareness, on the breath, and by using sight and sound this class can help reduce stress & aid relaxation.
