All our T'ai Chi exercise classes are suitable for adults of all ages and experience. Ability or disability are no barriers to improving your health and life.
We teach classes in Easy T'ai Chi, Beginners T'ai Chi, Continuing T'ai Chi and Chinese Health Balls.
Over the years we have had a wide variety of students, both male and female, as old as 3, and as young as 99. Many students have been with us for a long time repeating the courses many times and always learning something new. Our Instructors attend seminars and receive training throughout the year to expand and update their knowledge on a regular basis. We introduce new material regularly so classes remain fresh, interesting and challenging for the repeat student and newcomer alike.
